Matthew Delaney

Wealth Advisor & Managing Partner

Matt is the managing partner at JDH Wealth. His passion is working with people and helping them get their arms around their financial world.

Having left Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley) in 2005, Matt brought his knowledge of big-box financial advising to the boutique firm of JDH Wealth.

He and his amazing wife, Allison, have two children, Connor and Carolina. The family dog, Molly, occasionally makes a guest appearance at the office. When not in the office, you can find Matt on a court somewhere in the United States watching his kids play competitive volleyball.

Ben Turner

Associate Wealth Advisor

From being an apprentice carpenter to a screenwriter to managing his own startup, Ben has always been drawn to mission-oriented company cultures.

He brings his ability to adapt and appreciation of the broader perspective to the world of wealth management. His goal is to aid others in attaining their financial goals, so that they can focus on enriching their lives in other ways.

Born and raised in Santa Rosa, Ben attended William Jessup University for his undergraduate degree and MBA before returning to Sonoma County. Outside of work, he enjoys lifting weights, practicing martial arts, and watching football.

Shannon Carlton

Head of Office Operations

Shannon has always been drawn to personalized business teams that emphasize a culture of client relationships and education.

She has spent many years helping the residents of Sonoma County to surround their homes with beautiful gardens, landscapes, and restorative work after wildfires.

Now, she specializes in cultivating the individual dreams of clients and growing the wealth of her community. She seeks to serve the day-to-day needs of clients with a friendly smile and high level of service.

Shannon hails from Santa Cruz where her parents and grandma still live. She attended Cabrillo College in Aptos.

Her pride and joy is her Meyer’s parrot Misha. He is “oh-so-cute”, and will tell you as much, being a bit of a talker (and sometimes squawker).

Greyson Gibson

Client Service Specialist

Greyson shares his friendly attitude and dutiful attention to detail with the JDH Team. He has multiple degrees in English, Humanities and Social Science from Santa Rosa Junior College.

Originally from New Hampshire, Greyson fell in love with Sonoma County and California’s beautiful coastline. You can find him hiking at Bodega Bay most weekends!

Greyson enjoys reading, writing, and cooking. He’s always improving his skills and recently perfected his recipe for pizza from scratch.

Creativity and culture have followed Greyson in his professional life, too.

He’s produced entertainment events at Santa Rosa venues and interviewed local musicians on the radio.

Always courteous, Greyson aims to make your experience at JDH Wealth a breeze with his skills in support, administration, and client service.

Molly

Chief Security Officer

Molly is the Chief Security Officer at JDH. Many of you have seen her around the office welcoming you with her tailless wag. She is eight years old and a miniature Australian Shepherd.

She is fascinated by black crows, bunnies, and cats. At the mention of the word “cat” at the office, she is out the side door ferociously looking for them in the bushes.

A little known fact about our CSO is that she has been sprayed by a skunk twice in the last two years. Her new goal is to get sprayed once a year.

Though sometimes scared by her own shadow, Molly is always available for anyone who needs any emotional support!
